Owner’s day arrived, which saw the gates open from 11am to 3pm to all owners and friends. We had a brilliant turn out which was very much down to the lovely weather we had that day. May I say a big thank you to my mum and Anne for putting on a very good spread of food and drink that went down rather well.

Old syndicate members came to see how Tarquin’s rehabilitation was going because a lot of people have not seen him since Cheltenham, which is where he sustained his injury and new members came to meet Star for the first time. Everybody there had the opportunity to suggest a racing name for Star in which I am still going through all the suggestions. It was nice to see Mr and Mrs Holt who had popped in to see their horse Barrington Bolt , who’s rehab is going well and do hope we can get to run him this season. Thanks again for everyone’s support I really do hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
